On Situations and Questions in Nature Reserve Zones of Tibetan Autonomous Region

　　Abstract：Tibet plateau is both China and Asia’s ecological protective shield.

　　Ecological question in Tibet will effect sustainability development in China. Although nature protective area coves over third one of total TAT, ecological questions are still very serious. The paper suggests Tibetan Nature Reserve Zone as a whole should be built, if it is possible. Then nature reserve areas of different level may be divided and managed under such zone. In addition, the paper argues combination reasonably both Tibetan local knowledge and scientific technology should be considered, when dealing with ecological questions in Tibet. It’s also very necessary and important to educate and nature protective nature consciousness of people from local and outside.

　　Qinghai-Tibet plateau, which is called the Third Earth Pole and the World Roof, is origin of rives and ecology of both China and Asia. It has adjusted weather in Asia, even in world. From the tropic plants to frigid zone flora, people can find varies kinds of vegetation on this great plateau, because of wide area, complicated ecology and different climate. Meanwhile, ecological condition is very fragile and impossible restore on Qinghai-Tibet plateau as long as it is destroyed. Moreover, Qinghai-Tibet plateau is home of many rare animals in the world. Ecological condition of Tibet plateau has attracted eyes of people from the all of word. The paper is composed four parts:
